These Terms govern your use of vedickala.in and the astrology reports provided by Vedic Kala ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

We generate a personalised astrology report (delivered as a PDF by email) computed from the birth details you provide, using classical Vedic, KP, Jaimini and Hellenistic methods together with the Swiss Ephemeris.

2. For guidance only — not professional advice

Astrology is a traditional system of guidance and self-reflection, not a science. Your report is provided for guidance, reflection and entertainment. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice, and we do not guarantee any outcome. You remain solely responsible for your decisions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. A report concerning a minor may be ordered only by their parent or legal guardian.

4. Birth details & accuracy

Your report is only as accurate as the birth date, time and place you provide. A rounded or uncertain birth time can change time-sensitive parts of the report. Please enter your details as precisely as possible.

5. Pricing & payment

The report is offered at the price shown at checkout (currently ₹299), in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

Reports are generated automatically and emailed to the address you provide, usually within minutes and in any case within 24 hours. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you do not see it.

7. Personal use & intellectual property

Your report is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or publish it, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

8. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the report.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your order.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of New Delhi, India.
